Shipping Policy & Ordering Information
At SSHHAADDOOWW our tee shirts, tops and bustiers are made when ordered. All merchandise ships within five business days after your order is placed. For our classic made-to-order bustier, we would be happy to work with you on fit and fabric to make sure you receive the best possible product. Send an email to info@sshhaaddooww.com for any special requirements pertaining to size, color or fabric before you place your order. For special sizing, we need the following information: bra size, waist measurement, hip measurement, height and any fit issues that you have experienced. Our pattern maker will adjust based on the information provided and the fit is guaranteed. If you are in NYC, you may also request an appointment for an in person fitting.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our tee shirts may be returned within 30 days from when you receive your order. A bustier order may be exchanged within 30 days from when it is received for another bustier of equal or greater value. All merchandise must be in original salable condition with tags attached.
